Avalanche City aka Dave Baxter is from Auckland, New Zealand. He recently released his third album My Babylon, yet another great collection of what is termed ‘indie folk’. His three albums (first was Our New Life Above the Ground in 2011) are filled with great melodic songs, and “Inside Out” off his second 2015 album We Are For The Wild Places was an international hit.
